Delivery notes and work reports signed by the customer
A FacturAda delivery note carries its work report: notes up to 10,000 characters, up to 10 photos and the customer's on-screen signature with name and ID. It is emailed as PDF, and several notes for the same customer become one invoice.

What it solves
Field service, maintenance and installation companies sign paper reports that someone later retypes to invoice. Reports get lost, invoices go out late and, if the customer disputes one, the proof is missing.
With a delivery note signed on a phone or tablet, the report is stored with photos and signature, and the monthly invoice comes from those notes without retyping.
How it works

Customer, product or service lines and notes on the work done.
Add photos
Up to 10 photos of 3 MB each, from the gallery or with the camera.
Customer signature
The customer signs on screen. Image, name, ID document and signing time are stored.
PDF and invoice
Email it as PDF. To invoice, select several notes for the same customer and create one invoice.

Can the customer sign on a phone?
Yes. The signature is drawn on screen in the phone or tablet browser; no app is needed.
Can I invoice several notes together?
Yes. Select the notes for the same customer and FacturAda creates one invoice with their lines.
Can delivery notes be created via API?
Yes, with the /work-receipts resource of the REST API, including PDF download and email sending.
