Corrective invoices: fixing an invoice under VeriFactu

Under VeriFactu an issued invoice is not edited or deleted: it is fixed with a corrective invoice. In FacturAda you create it from the original, pick the AEAT reason and the software assigns the type (R1, R2 or R4), links it and sends it to the AEAT.

How it works

Once the AEAT accepts an invoice, FacturAda locks it. A correction is a new corrective invoice that inherits the original's data, gets its own hash in the VeriFactu chain and is sent like any other invoice.

  1. Open the original

From the invoice detail choose «Rectify».

  2. Pick the reason

Select the AEAT reason code; FacturAda assigns the corrective type.

  3. Fix the data

Corrective invoices are issued by substitution with the correct amounts.

  4. Record and send

It gets its own VeriFactu record and is sent to the AEAT.
