Multi-company invoicing: all your companies in one installation

FacturAda manages several companies in the same installation. Each one keeps its tax ID, series, certificate, VeriFactu chain and accounting export. Each user only sees the companies assigned to them, and the whole group works in one tool.

What it solves

A group with three or four companies often ends up with three or four accounts in an invoicing tool, separate logins and exports that have to be merged by hand. With VeriFactu, each tax ID also needs its own chained record and its own certificate.

In FacturAda all companies live in the customer's dedicated installation, with its own database, and each one keeps its own numbering, record chain and accounting.

How it works

  1. Add each company

Each company is created with its legal name, tax ID, address, currency, bank accounts and ledger account length (6 to 8 digits).

  2. One certificate per company

Each company uploads its digital certificate, used to sign Facturae files and send VeriFactu records to the AEAT.

  3. Users with assigned companies

Users are assigned the companies they can access. Access is checked on the server on every request.

  4. Switch company

Switch company from the panel. Customers, products, series, payments and expenses belong to each company.

Frequently asked questions

How many companies can one installation hold?

There is no fixed limit in the product. It is sized with each customer in the demo according to the number of companies and users.

Can a user see every company?

Only if they are assigned to them. Standard users see only their companies; admins see all companies in the installation.

Does each company have its own VeriFactu chain?

Yes. Each tax ID has its own record chain, certificate and AEAT submission, and a rejection in one company does not block the others.

Are custom roles available?

No. There are three roles: superadmin, admin and user, and access is limited by company.
