In FacturAda you build the quote with your customers and products, email it as PDF and mark it approved or cancelled. When the customer accepts, click «Create invoice» and the invoice is issued with the same lines, its number and its VeriFactu record.

Do quotes get a VeriFactu record?
No. VeriFactu applies to invoices; a quote is a commercial document.
